No Dore, in that you are a total failure, you are completely unable to
reward / punish anyone, and your attempts at this have proven your inability

The human eye can see *before him* around 30 miles (20 20 eyesight) and when
looking up in the night sky, we can see stars, which are hundreds of
light-years away :-)
