Harjinder Singh was murdered in 'cold blood' on Friday
January 21st, by Ian Vernon, a man acting as an 'officer'
(police) of the 'make-believe ship' called Calgary.

Singh was standing (not charging at), barefoot, armed
with a knife, and at least 2 to 3 metres away from
Vernon. Vernon, who is a veteran cop, and well trained
in marksmanship had ample opportunity to aim and fire
a disabling shot to a non lethal area of Singh's body;
but, apparently Vernon likes to see people die, like
a psychotic fireman who likes to see fire and to
watch things burn, and therefore becomes an arsonist.

Or, as in the USA, are we seeing 'cops' administer
justice, since they see no justice being served out
of courthouses? Maybe, they feel that their actions
of murdering those who 'confront their supposed
authority' DESERVE the 'death penalty'. Oh well,
do we in Canada deserve better than the USA, China,
Soviet Russia, NAZI Germany, etc.? Police there have
been executing the death penalty at whim for a long
time.

The lawyer asshole, Stephen Jenuth, who calls himself
president of the Alberta Civil Liberties Association,
(whatever that may be?) summoned a (small) bit of courage
by speaking out on the matter, as reported in the Calgary
Herald Jan. 23rd: Quote:

Stephen Jenuth, president of the Alberta Civil Liberties
Association, criticized Calgary police for supporting
the officer's decision to pull the trigger that early
in the standoff.

In response to Deputy Chief Jim Hornby said it appeared
the circumstances justified the shooting.

"To quickly the police are out there trying to justify
their actions and jump to conclusions, when really what
they have to do is provide for a thorough investigation
that we can all trust", said Jenuth

It is amazing that the likes of lawyer Jenuth, who supposedly
represents 'civil liberties', fails to see the many thousands
of Canadians who have their lives severely damaged, or
destroyed by the thug plunderers called Canadian judges and
Canada Revenue agents.

He argues on the can.taxes forum that the government has
'the right' to plunder private property without compensation.
(Yes, a man's or woman's labour, and the fruits thereof, are
private property.) The government has absolutely no right to
have 'ANY' of it, unless the man or woman freely give it to
this pseudo-body politic (a make-believe ship) called the
Government of Canada.

And, he argues that the courts do not use 'legal fictions',
legal identities, created and owned by the Crown, and
fraudulently associated with a man's or woman's body,
to 'extract' the fruits of their labour by hoax, fraud
and deception. Anyone with half a brain can see that
this is the current method of CRA and the Canadian judges
to plunder the 'life blood' of the Canadian people.

In Staufen v. British Columbia(Attorney General),
[2001] B.C.J. No. 1109 2001 BCSC 779, J. Scarth,
in Chambers, BC Supreme Court, spells out how
'legal fictions' have been used to 'extend'
jurisdiction of courts.

Was Jenuth sleeping, or tardy during the lectures
on this topic at law school?

What a load of crap. What exactly is your training in the field of combat
shooting? When your life is in danger, you do not fire disabling shots. At
3m a man with a knife is deadly... Your rant and conspiracy theory will not
change the fact that the officer did what he had to do, and I applaud him

So, you are a pyschologist or a mind reader... Which is it? Or you are
throwing a malicious theory, and supposition out there.

Once again... Knife equals deadly weapon. Your malicous attempt to prove
otherwise leads me to make the same kind of leap you made in this post and
suggest you have some sort of criminal past... The people that I have seen
ranting on and on like this a ex-cons, theives, druggies, thugs, and
murderers... Using your logic, you fit right in with this crew.

Whoa... Break out the tinfoil hats. This loon has forgotten to take his
meds.

How exactly does that piece of fiction tie into the subject heading? Oh, it
doesn't... No graph or other chart could possibly come up with even a loose
correlation.

All right, I'll stop here, as it would be cruel to go on... You are an
idiot, and you are sick. Push away from the keyboard, go to the bathroom,
take the lid off of the pills you have forgotten to take, and triple the
dosage. That will put us out of our misery.

Well, Teeple, Sparky and Pearson,

You three seem to all agree that it is grand for
cops to be 'judge, jury and executioner', and
have the right to inflict 'capital punishment'
at their whim.

Seems to me that if a cop hasn't enough guts
to aim his pistol (and why did he have to use
a pistol when he also had access to a taser?)
at a barefoot man in -9 degree C weather, at his
leg or gut? There wasn't five of him, and one cop.

If he is that gutless, he certainly shouldn't be
armed, even with a slingshot.

I was a jet fighter pilot - I know what 'guts'
means, and it is not a trained marksman aiming
a fatal shot at a deranged man standing still
10 to 15 feet away.

And, from my experience, Sikh people are
far more intelligent than the average inbred
dodo from Canada, which you all obviously
represent.

Knife. 3m. You said it, not I. I would have shot him myseelf, in that cops

Really, last time I talked to a fighter jock, I never heard him call himself
a jet fighter pilot. Next time I'm kicking around Trenton, I'll ask one of
my friends in blue... I could be wrong.

As for the rest of the tripe. As an infanteer, a ground pounder... Pointy
end of the stick. I have been on peacekeeping missions, and I can tell you.
3m is plenty close to shoot someone who has a knife and not responding to
direction to drop it. That officer has balls, and I'll be sure to by my
friends on the local force a couple extra drinks when I see them in toasting
this courageous fellow.

Wow, big words from the little guy with little guy syndrome. So, Mr. Fighter
Pilot, where did you serve? American or Canadian? Which base? Which wing?

Ya, I am calling you out. Most serving and retired service people do not go
off on half baked conspiracy theory tangents, like you have here.

In fact, it's criminals that go off on these half baked conspiracy theories,
like you have done here.
