As long as private face to face sales are legal in Washington state
there's no reason to post that. Face to face sales are perfectly legal
under federal law. Using the internet to arrange them is no different
from a classified ad in the paper or going to a gun show.
As I'm in NY I can't comment on a site about washington, although the
gun auction sites like gunbroker might have sections for specific
states, but that's just a guess
