 | I've noticed that Quicktime uses the video card to perform color conversion during playback. Specifically, when playing video in MPEG-4 format, the brightness of the video is reduced on my PC because the video card doesn't have exactly the correct color conversion. I can get rid of this problem by turning hardware use off in the Quicktime setting. This problem doesn't show up on the Macs I've tried (probably because they have different video hardware). The problem is, I want to force correct color conversion on all systems.
Is there any way in the settings of the movie file to force correct color conversion?
Thanks in advance for any info! =)
