 | Hi, folks!
This is for people accessing comp.object via Google, not via a
newsreader.
As it's happened to me, and I see a few other posters have been
similarly affected, I should point out that Google are having
difficulties for the past month, whereby some people can't reply to a
message without getting the dreaded, "Unable to retrieve message xxx"
failure.
Google say they're working on it, and you can use
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/comp.object instead (See below).

Even worse I've seen messages ascribed to authors that they clearly did
not write! It happened to me, kind of embarrassing actually.
Then I tried to reply to the bogus message to say "hey I didn't write
that" but because of an "Unable to retrieve message" I wasn't able to
disclaim.
