I am good in C ,Assembly(8085,8086,80286,80386,...,8051) Programming. I also knowing Memory Mgmt, Process and Thread mgmt (And Other OS concept like Deadlock,IPC etc...)
Also having good Understanding of Hardware Arch....,Interuupts....
But I am not knowing how to Start RTOS Programming What Hardware/Sw/OS Requd.... What is the Material Reqd to Grasp the Concepts......

Well, it depends what your aim project is..... What are you trying to do?

Well, one way to learn is to jump in and start swimming. Take a look at the open source project XMK, a RTOS for microcontrollers (http://www.shift-right.com/xmk), we are looking for help. If you really want to learn about hardware and/or microcontrollers there are numerous "eval boards" available in the $100 USD range and several (not as many) $50 USD or less.
