Download a batch processing simulation tool
Codework is pleased to announce that the Schedula simulation
package is available for download at
www.codework-it.com/schedula/
Schedula is a general purpose tool for simulating a network
of activities that process items (documents, patients,
mechanical parts,...) and compete for resources.
It handles
N batches (or classes) of homogeneous items
M activities, carried out by workstations
K types of shared resources.
Emphasis is not on Operations-Research style optimization,
but rather on empirically finding a working point that is
acceptable from all viewpoints.
All feedback is welcome (on real-life applications, design
extensions and nice-to-have features).
