 | Anyone thinking of buying Sharp's new LC45GX6U might want to think
twice. The screen's claim to fame is that it is one of the first to
support native 1080 X 1920 resolution. The reality is that this is
only partially corect. It is the screen resolution, but when hooked to
a PC input (for games, or when using Windows Media Edition 2005), the
higest resolution supported is 768 X 1280.
FYI... Samsung has a similar unit (46") that is also 1080 X 1920--and
in checking does support PC input at 1080 X 1920.
Anyway, if anyone has had a similar experience and figured out a work
around, i would love to hear about it.
