I can tell you that when I move the CG of my COZY MKIV aircraft from the
rearmost position to the forwardmost position (requiring about 300 lb.
of front seat weight to do so), I change my top speed by about 8 mph or
so. It's difficult to believe that you'd be able to notice any speed
difference due to an 11 lb. change on the nose.
