21 years ago he used to live in Houston, TX and worked at Otto Wolfe
America. His father was a trucker named Joseph. Charles also went by
the names Chuch and Freckles. He had a friend named Mike and a
girlfriend named Maggie Gloria.
Like I said, any help or advice would be great. I've tried people
searches and don't know how much more of calling people I can take.
It's very emotionally taxing.
